An Elusive Treasure

A little tribute to a character that barely appeared in "Jack and the gangsters" episode and held my curiosity for the longest of time. I would of really liked to have gotten to know her and her elemental summons a little bit more, especially since they could apparently overpower Aku. Why did she even create the Jewel of Neptune in the first place?
